The office is very clean and neat. Dr. Hwang is very nice and knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and professional. They provide T-shirts, reward card/ reward points, and competitions. They care about their patients and always try to make you feel comfortable and happy. Highly recommended!

From our initial phone call to our most recent appointment, we have been incredibly impressed with the professionalism as well as the kindness shown by Dr. Hwang and the staff. My daughter was very anxious about orthodontic work. Dr. Hwang graciously listened to my concerns and worked with us to establish a plan for my daughter that will enable her to make it through her necessary treatments. I'm very grateful for the understanding that is continually exhibited. Furthermore, Monique, the office manager, is so engaging, friendly, and helpful. My daughter loved being in her office amidst all the glittery desk accessories. She made her feel special and at ease during our initial consult. I also love that Dr. Hwang instituted a points system to encourage patients and keep us on track. One way you can earn points is by wearing the t-shirt you receive at the consult. My daughter loves the t-shirt and wears it willingly, and with pride, each time she goes in for her check up. I would highly recommend Dr. Hwang for your orthodontic needs.
